I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! I avoided going to the dentist for 10 years after a rough experience I had with one when I was a teenager. The staff won me over the moment I walked in to their office. They are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and their gentle approach truly helped me move past my fears. Thanks to their amazing care, my teeth are in better shape than they ever have been! If you're hesitant or nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go. They really are the best dental office ever!

After 1 1/2 years I was back at my favorite dentist office for a cleaning. Nothing has changed. I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was nice. My Dental Hygienist Heather was on top of her game. She did a great job on my teeth and entertained me at the same time. Class organization and people. I will continue to go there for all my dental appointments.

So happy I was able to get in to see Dr Harris immediately after I called to tell him I had broken a tooth. He confirmed I needed a crown and had had a cancellation so was able to get started today! He and Jill did a great job. No pain!

I have been a patient here for over 12 years and I have never been disappointed. My experience from the front office staff to the exam rooms hygienist and dentist has always been kind, considerate and professional. I wouldn't change a thing.

I would highly recommend this dental office. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and caring. I recently had an emergency, abscessed tooth, and they got me in the same day I called. Same thing the next week when I still wasn't doing good.

The dental hygienists are fabulous as well as the dentist. I purchased my own dental insurance privately just to be able to remain with them as my employer benefits weren’t accepted here.

Dr.Reynolds came in, explained everything to me and provided me with some options and a solution to my issue. I was beyond grateful. These days it is so hard finding someone who actually care. Dr. Reynolds was knowledgeable, patient, professional and showed that he valued me as a patient.

My appointments are always great handled with professionalism. Andrea H is the best hygienist.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cason for the past few years and have loved EVERYTHING about this dentist office! The front office staff, the dental hygienists/assistants, etc, are all super friendly and helpful before/during/after each appointment! However, the main reason that I am writing this 5 star review is because of a recent experience with our five year old daughter. She had gone to another dental clinic designed for children and did not have the best experience. I contacted the team at HRC Family Dental and they said that they would love a chance to work with her and "flip" her perspective on a trip to the dentist! We made an appointment and shared with them that she was a little apprehensive. Upon arrival for our appointment, the entire team stepped in to welcome her and make her feel comfortable! Everything about her visit has completely shifted her perspective about going to the dentist! I wanted to take the time to share this incredibly positive experience and encourage other families to make HRC Family Dental their dental "home"! Once again, thank you to the team and to prospective patients, look no further for a new family dental clinic!
